I NEED YOUR HELP

I have two corner windows (next to each other) . They are approximately 38in wide.

The panels that I plan to purchase for them are 50in wide. Do I use 1 or 2?

I know that this sound like a dumb question, but I'm asking from a design point of view not measurements!

I think I get what you're asking. I'd use two. I like full curtains. It looks a lot richer.

Last time I gave advice I realized in retrospect you needed to ignore me!! So, in light of that, here goes. One panel on each side of the windows, for balance. I get that you don't need 4 to cover the window, I just think it would look odd to have panels on the outside edges of each adjacent window only.

Okay, now feel free to do the opposite.

From what you've said I would say one panel per window -

Make sure you stop by my blog, I have a giveaway going on!'

Hi There !!!

Any possibility you can post a photo showing the entire area - both windows?

My "gut" feeling is to use 2 panels on each window.... to me it will give you a wonderful "definition" for that area and you eye will be drawn outwards, making the depth of the room seem larger.

That's what I would do....

I figured it wasn't fair that I didn't write it here, too. I think it really just depends on the look you're going for. I prefer 4 panels, but I've seen it done with 2 panels and it still looked good. If you have to buy the panels separate try it with 2, and then it you want more, buy the other 2. I'm sure you'll have them before the end of the day!!! :)

I'm thinking two unless you use one on each and pull back on each side, i.e. on the left window have the panel hanging on the left side and pulled back with a tassel or cord then on the right window have the panel hanging on the right side pulled back. If looking for richer look, use two on each. Pls post both windows together.

Hi dear, thanks for the lovely comment. As for your window dilemma I thought I'd throw my "two cents" in because I had the same dilemma. I too, have two corner windows... I ended up using on panel on each window. Kept the space open and airy when they're open I pull them both to the corner and I love the look.

Best of luck! Stop back soon. :)
